Protection from black magic and evil eye from quran and hadiths....

Quran is a miracle that Allah revealed to His prophet (s.a.w.s) and it is a blessing for humanity. The Quran is not only a guidance for mankind but Allah has also made it a spiritual cure and healing for all types of ailments. This includes treatment of all worldly problems, physical and psychological ailments, and spiritual (evil eye, sihr, and so on.) The Creator has clearly told us that the words of the Quran are a “shifa” (healing) for all and, therefore, when used with real belief in one’s heart, this form of treatment can bring miraculous cure to all forms of ailments. Allah says in the Quran:

And We send down of the Quran that which is a healing and a mercy to those who believe… (Quran, Surah Al-Israa, 17:82)

Before seeking cures for any disease, a Muslim should first believe that all diseases as well as their cures are in Allah’s hands and power. Allah alone decrees trials for His creation and He alone can decree their remedies. All means of getting sick and healed are, therefore, contingent upon Allah’s decree. As part of a Muslim’s belief, this principle is important because people sometimes fail to understand how afflictions come down upon a person and seek their cures without internalizing this reality. So, Allah is the One Who heals whomsoever He wills, and He decrees sickness and death for whomsoever He wills. Allah tells us in the Quran:

“And if Allah touches you with harm, none can remove it but He, and if He touches you with good, then He is Able to do all things” [Surah Al-AnAam, 6:17]

We know from the prophet’s life that he (s.a.w.) used the Quran and dua to treat all types of ailments along with using physical means of healing. There is ample evidence from the ahadith that prove the significance of reciting verses from quran in Islam.
Sahih Bukhari Hadith (Volume 7, Number 634) narrated Aisha (RA) Prophet Muhammad(صلى الله عليه و سلم).  (sal-lal-lahu alai hi wa sallam) ordered me or somebody else to read quran in case there was a danger from an evil eye.
Sahih Bukhari Hadith (Volume 7, Number 631) Narrated ‘Aisha (RA): During the Prophet’s(صلى الله عليه و سلم).  (sal-lal-lahu alai hi wa sallam) serious illness, he used to recite the Mu’auwidhat (Surat An-Nas and Surat Al-Falaq) and then blow his breath over his body. When his pain became intense, I used to recite those two Suras and blow my breath over him and make him rub his body with his own hand for its blessings.” (Ma’mar asked Az-Zuhri: How did the Prophet(صلى الله عليه و سلم). (prayers and peace be upon him) use to blow? Az-Zuhri said: He used to blow on his hands and then passed them over his face.) Hazrat Ayesha (ra) also said that, ‘Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه و سلم). (sal-lal-lahu alai hi wa sallam) instructed me and everybody else to do it in case of danger from evil eye.
Abu Sa’id al-Khudri (ra) reported that Jibril came to the Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه و سلم). (sal-lal-lahu alai hi wa sallam) and asked, “O Muhammad, are you sick?” He replied, ‘Yes.’ Jibril said: ‘Bismillahi arqik, min kulli shayin yuthik, min sharri kulli nafsin aw ayni hasid’ (translation: With Allah’s Name I shelter you , from all that ails you, from the evil of every soul, or that of the envious eyes. May Allah cure you; with Allah’s Name I shelter you.” Muslim.
Hazrat Ayesha (ra) reported: ‘When Allah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه و سلم). (sal-lal-lahu alai hi wa sallam) went to bed, he would draw closer the palms of his both hands and blow onto them while reading Surah Akhlas (112), Surah Falaq (113) and Surah Naas (114). He would then rub his hands all over his body beginning from his head to face and then the front part of his body. He would do this thrice. When he got very ill, he asked me to do that for him.” Al Bukhari and Muslim
It was narrated that Abu Sa’eed al-Khudri (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: “The Messenger of Allaah(صلى الله عليه و سلم). (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to seek Allah’s  Subhana Wa Taala  refuge from the jinnaat and the evil eye until the Mua’widhatain were revealed. After their revelation he started reciting only them and not anything else.” The evil eye can afflict mankind and it is the most widespread affliction in the world. Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه و سلم). (sal-lal-lahu alai hi wa sallam) said: “Most of those who will die from my nation after what Allah has decreed will be from the evil eye” (Fath al-haqq al Mubeen, As-Sahih, 747)

Healing with Ayat ul-Kursi: Narrated Ubayy Bin Ka’b that he used to harvest dates. Once he noticed that the harvest was getting reduced by the day. He decided to keep a watch at night. At night he noticed a beast that resembled an adolescent boy. He greeted him with a salam to which it responded with a salam. He asked the beast whether it was a human or jinn. To this it replied that it was a Jinn. Ubayy Bin Ka’b then told the jin to show his hand. It showed him its hand and he noticed that it resembled a dog’s hand with some fur like that of a dog on it. Ubayy Bin Ka’b exclaimed, ‘Is this how jinnat are like!?” It relied “The jinnat know that there is no one amongst them stronger than me.” Ubayy Bin Ka’b then asked it, “What made you come here?” It replied, “We have got the information that you give a lot of charity so we have come here to get some food.” He asked it, “What can protect us from you?” It replied, “The ayah from Surat ul-Baqarah: (Allahu la ilaha illa huwa Al-Hayy ul-Qayyum,) (2/255). Whoever recites it in the evening will be protected from us till the morning and whoever recites it in the morning will be protected from us till the evening.”
In the morning, Ubayy came to Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه و سلم). (sal-lal-lahu alai hi wa sallam) and narrated this incident. Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه و سلم). (sal-lal-lahu alai hi wa sallam) said, ‘The evil one has spoken the truth!’ Recorded by an-Nasa i and others and verified to be authentic by al-Albani.
This hadith throws light at the effectiveness of Ayatal kursi as a special prayer for protection.

A group of the Companions of the Prophetصلى الله عليه و سلم).  (peace and blessings be upon him) set out on a journey and traveled until they came near one of the Arab tribes. They asked them for hospitality but they were refused. Then the leader of that tribe was stung, and his people tried everything to cure him but nothing helped. Then some of them said, “Why don’t you go to those people who are staying (nearby)? Maybe one of them has something.” So they went to them and said, “O people, our leader has been stung and we have tried everything and nothing helped him. Do you have anything?” One of them said, “Yes, by Allah. I will perform ruqya for him, but by Allah we asked you for hospitality and you did not give us anything, so we will not perform ruqya for you unless you give us something in return.” So they agreed on a flock of sheep, then he started to blow on him and recite Al-hamdu Lillahi Rabb il-`Alameen. Then he recovered quickly from his complaint and started walking, and he was completely cured. After that they took the flock of sheep, and some of the companions of the Prophetصلى الله عليه و سلم).  (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “Let us share it out.” The one who had performed ruqyasaid, “Do not do anything until we come to the Prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم). (peace and blessings be upon him) and tell him what happened, and we will wait and see what he tells us to do.” So they came to the Messenger of Allahصلى الله عليه و سلم).  (peace and blessings be upon him) and told him what had happened. He said, “How did you know that it is aruqya?” Then he said, “You did the right thing. Share them out, and give me a share.” And the Messenger of Allahصلى الله عليه و سلم).  (peace and blessings be upon him) smiled (Al-Bukhari and Muslim).
From this Hadith We learned that Surah Al-Fatiha can be used for curing evil eye and other such diseases

So first of all, the believer must be patient with Allaah’s Decree.  And if he rises above that to the level of being pleased with Allaah’s Decree, then this is the highest level of faith, if Allaah wills.  Patience is obligatory and anxiety is forbidden.  So no one should be apprehensive of what Allaah has decreed.  Allah says:

قُلْ لَنْ يُصِيبَنا إِلَّا ما كَتَبَ اللهُ لَنَا

‘Say: “Nothing shall ever happen to us except what Allaah has ordained for us.”’ [Surah At-Tawbah: 51]

If Allaah does not want you to be healed, no amount of recitation  or any other treatment can help you. Everything occurs by Allah’s Will and Desire.  So the believer should seek refuge in Allaah.  And first and foremost, he must believe in Allaah’s Divine Decree and Ordainment and be patient with it, may Allaah bless you.
Allah is the Sole Controller of the affairs, the One Who heals.  So one should continually turn to Him and seek help from Him while being patient with His Decree, since Allaah may cause an illness or trial to last for longer period of time out of His Wisdom. One should be patient in their trial and never lose hope in the Mercy of Allaah.  Allaah tells us that the Prophet Ya’qoob said:

و لا تَاْيئَسُوا مِن رَوْحِ الله إنَّهُ لا يَاْيئَسُ من روح الله إلّا القَوْمُ الكَافِرُوْن

“And do not give up hope of (receiving) Allah’s Mercy.  Indeed no one gives up hope of (receiving) Allah’s Mercy except for the disbelieving people” (12:87)

And Allah says:

“Say: ‘O My servants who have transgressed against themselves (by sinning), don’t lose hope of (receiving) the Mercy of Allah.  Indeed Allah forgives all sins.  Indeed He is The One Who forgives often, The Giver of Mercy.’” (39:53)
